About New Hope Christian School

New Hope Christian School was founded in 1997 and is a ministry of New Hope Lutheran Church. Our mission is to develop life long learners who know Christ and His teachings.

Our Preschool and Kindergarten program hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 to 2:30 during the school year. We operate a 9-week summer camp each year, 9:00-3:00 Monday - Thursday. We also offer morning and afternoon Extended Care and Holiday Care (subject to availability). To check our current availability please see our Enrollment page.

Our Preschool program is for children who are 18 months through 5 years old.* Children ages 4-5 will be in our "Kindergarten Readiness" program. Our Kinder program is for children who will be 5 on or before September 1st of that School Year.

All classes attend Chapel daily in New Hope's worship center. Our Chapel curriculum is "One in Christ", by Concordia Publishing House, which covers lessons from both the Old and New Testament.

The Preschool and Pre-K classes have a daily schedule where they work on Letters, Numbers, Fine & Gross Motor Skills, Social Development, and various Art Projects.  For more information on our Kindergarten program, please call the office to set up an appointment to meet with the Kindergarten teacher, Sara Norton.

*Age as of Sept 1 of the current school year.

"One In Christ provides hands-on learning for even the youngest of God’s children. From songs to Bible stories to play time, infants through preschoolers learn about Jesus and grow in their understanding of God and His Word"
