In order for enrollment to be complete, you will need to submit completed paperwork, immunization records, and pay the non-refundable registration fee. Our registration fee is due upon initial registration and is due annually thereafter when enrolling for the next year. This fee is $125 for school year. Registration for Summer Camp only is $55. Required documents can be turned in in-person, emailed or faxed to 817-485-6740.
NHCS admits students of any race, color, or national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national and ethnic origin in administration of its policies, scholarships, athletics, and other school administered programs.

These documents may be completed online, then download completed document, attach to email to director. Or you can print completed documents, then submit to school in person. Also you can print the blank documents and fill them out manually, then submit to school.
